Adult Dog Foster Pilot Program

Do you love dogs? Do you want to play a major role in implementing an exciting new program at Memphis Animal Services?

Join our Pilot Dog Foster Program we launched this week!

During the pilot portion of the program (taking place in November and December), five dogs will be available for foster each week. Foster parents must complete a short foster application/interview, and must be willing to play an active role in marketing their foster dogs for adoption and helping foster coordinators collect data for the pilot program.

Foster dogs will be available for adoption locally in the Memphis Area.

If you’re interested in fostering a featured dog for 4-6 weeks or until adoption (whichever comes first!), email MAS@memphistn.gov or come by Memphis Animal Services this Friday or Saturday from 12-4pm to learn more and meet the dogs!

Meet one of our first Pilot Dogs pictured here: Little Dipper #A308425, who is a 2-year-old female!
