Important message from City of Memphis:

An Arctic cold front is impacting the ability of the Memphis Solid Waste Division to deliver services the week of January 15, as the ongoing severe weather and low temperatures threaten the safety of our team. Additionally, a scheduled delay was already in place due to the MLK, Jr holiday. We ask customers to present their carts on the holiday schedule (one day delayed), and we ask for patience as all customers may experience a delay in garbage and/or recycle collection through January 27. Customers experiencing delays are asked to leave their garbage & recycle carts at the curb until collected.

The City of Memphis Solid Waste Division regrets any inconvenience customers may experience and appreciates your patience. Every effort is being made to restore services as soon as possible.
