Join us Saturday, April 20th for our 2024 KSANA Neighborhood Spring Clean-Up Day!

  BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND, the Neighborhood JUNK DRIVE! Start sorting through your STUFF to throw out!
  We’ll have a JUNKLUGGERS container in the Balmoral Church parking lot, and KSANA neighbors can fill it up with anything you want to get rid of – for FREE. Do NOT bring hazardous materials, but almost anything is allowed. YOU bring it to the church parking lot – the Junkluggers will not pick items up at your home. Paid for by KSANA. Clean out your junk for FREE!

  As for cleaning up the rest of the neighborhood, we’re gathering volunteers to meet at 9am at the Balmoral Church parking lot for a neighborhood sweep. If you can’t make it, we would love everyone’s individual participation. Start small by picking up any trash in your yard. Ready to do more? Pick up trash in your neighbors’ yards too! You can even walk your street or cove picking up trash if you are ready to tidy up even more real estate. If you have a shovel or rake, you can use it to help clean out storm drains and curbside debris on your street to prevent water back up during heavy rains.
  Why is this important? Keeping our neighborhood clean helps keep it beautiful, and shows that we care about the environment where we live.

  Lastly, KSANA will also be hosting a food drive for Mid-South Food Bank in the Balmoral Church parking lot from 10am-1pm that day. Bring NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS to donate, CHECKS made out to Mid-South Food Bank, or CASH. If you are able, please consider giving what you can.

Saturday, April 20th Itinerary:

9:00 am: Meet at Balmoral OR clean up YOUR house and yard and storm drain anytime that day

10:00 am-1:00 pm: Food Drive for the Mid-South Food Bank

10:30 am-12:30 pm: Junk Container available
